Aly Khan Ladha

Aly Khan is a coach, consultant, and community builder. After more than a decade in investment banking and asset management, he left finance to help build Brave Earth, a Center for Applied Cultural Transition in the Costa Rican rainforest, where he spent ten years leading build and finance and co-leading operations, programming, and permaculture. He now coaches individuals and couples, advises founders of mission-driven organizations, and is building community with Holos. He is a Certified Ipsalu Level 1 teacher and a certified ART International teacher, and teaches in both traditions — an honor, given how much these practices have shaped his own life. He brings an unusual combination to his work: the financial and operational fluency of a former investment banker, and the depth of someone who has spent years in contemplative and relational practice.
